House hunting sucks balls. (to use a josh ...I know. House hunting sucks balls. (to use a josh phrase). First you think the showings are the most stressful thing. Then you realize you must find a new house, and stress about whether it is the right one, all the research you have to do, do you compromise on schools to get more land, do you live in a house that needs work to get a better house in the end, yadda yadda. I hear ya sista! Then comes the packing, the moving date, the coordination of the utility shutoffs, and then the living in a house FULL OF BOXES and not being able to remember where you packed your toothbrush. But remember - it is worth it in the end! <br /><br />Please email me and tell me where you're looking, and shoot me some listings too!
